University of Ghana Institute for African Studies Host HerStory Screening featuring Lily!

In A full circle moment, HerStory screened at the same institution where the director, Sally Nuamah, began the film project as student in 2009. Seven years later, through this film project she has been able to use the funds raised the film to support girls like Lily attend that same school. Lily, who graduated from the University of Ghana in November of 2015, on a full scholarship from HerStory came to the screening and shared her story with jam packed audience. She described herself as proud of being able to inspire others. What a great moment! Please donate and continue to support girls like her!
